The short version
GovOfficeKit collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no server-side processing. Every calculator runs in JavaScript inside your own browser, on your own device.
What happens to the figures you type
Dates, salaries, and numbers entered into a tool are used only to produce the result on that page, in that tab. They are never transmitted, stored in cookies or local storage, or logged anywhere. When you close the tab, they cease to exist. This also means the site cannot recover a calculation for you — and cannot leak one.
What this site is not
This site is not a government service and holds no records of any kind. It cannot look up, verify, or confirm any person, business, document, benefit, case, or registration. Results labelled “valid” describe only that a public mathematical pattern was satisfied.
External resources
Pages are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript served as static files. The site sets no cookies of its own. If the hosting platform keeps standard technical access logs (as virtually all web hosts do), those are the host's operational records, outside this site's control, and contain no calculator inputs.
Changes
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds a feature that does store something — this page will be updated first, and the change will be described here in plain language.
